Our named day range delivered 7 days a week
We deliver all of our flowers and plants Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) and a large selection of flowers on Sundays. There is a charge of £4.95 delivery per bouquet or plant.
Order by 6pm Sunday – Friday and by 4pm on Saturdays for delivery the next day.
Deliveries are made at any time between 7am and 9pm on your chosen delivery day.
You will be sent notification from one of our courier’s giving an expected 2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
You can track the delivery of your order via one of the courier’s websites.

If your tracking reference begins with JJD or 8, your order will be delivered by Yodel.

Our letterbox flowers by post range
We deliver all our letterbox flowers by post Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) and do not charge for delivery.
Order by 6pm Sunday - Friday for delivery the next day. Designed to fit through most standard letterboxes. Box size: 3.8cm x 18cm x 60.5cm.

What time do I need to place my order by?

Order by 6pm Sunday – Friday and by 4pm on Saturdays for delivery the next day.


Our calendar will show available delivery dates for individual products. Excludes Bank holidays.

For same day delivery order by 2pm Monday – Friday and by 1pm on a Saturday. This is only available on products delivered by independent florists in association with eFlorist.

This service is available Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank holidays. Our calendar will show available delivery dates for individual products. Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday (Tuesday when the Monday is a Bank Holiday).

Last order times are subject to change at busy trading periods of the year such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to every postcode in the UK with the exception of those listed below and the Isle of Wight on a Sunday (with the exception of Mother’s day). Minimum order lead time to the Isle of Wight is 2 days as an extra day is required due to ferry arrangements.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a delivery service to the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or addresses outside the UK.

Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or send products outside the UK, including BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

What do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charge is £4.95 for each individual bouquet or plant (excluding letterbox flowers which have free delivery), even when placed as part of the same order and delivered to the same address.

The delivery charge for each bouquet or plant from our same day range delivered by eFlorist is £8.95.

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver between 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank holidays), and between 8am and 6pm on Sundays, but cannot guarantee delivery times.


After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. In this email, you will find information about when your products will be delivered with tracking number details which you can use to track delivery of your order via the courier’s website. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing waitroseflorist@waitrose.co.uk or by calling 0800 188 881 between:


8am and 10pm Monday to Friday
8am to 9pm Saturday
9am to 7pm Sunday

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Our deliveries are made by third party carriers. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way and provide instructions on how to track your order if applicable. If your recipient is out, the delivery driver may be able to leave the package in a safe place, if it is not visible from the road and not exposed to weather conditions affecting the product or its packaging. If this is not possible, the delivery driver will attempt delivery to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through the letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order once checked out?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can do so up to two days before your selected delivery day. Please contact our Customer Care team by emailing waitroseflorist@waitrose.co.uk or by calling 0800 188 881 between:


8am and 10pm Monday to Friday
8am to 9pm Saturday
9am to 7pm Sunday


Please have your order number to hand.


We regret we are unable to make amendments to orders during peak periods, including the 5 working days before Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Returns, replacements and exchanges

We've made returning an item as easy as possible. You may return or exchange your order within 28 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.


We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.


Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives.
