Easily find what you're looking for

There are three simple ways to find what you’re looking for:

Using the flower & plant finder

If you know the sort of thing you’re looking for, but would still like a little inspiration, use our flower & plant finder to discover something beautiful. Simply select your favourite options from each of the two drop-down menus and set your budget using the price slider, click 'Find' and then browse the selection.

Using the search box

Here you can type in the name of the product you want to find, the six digit line number if you know it, or key words such as ‘freesia’ or ‘planter’. To find a wider selection, keep your terms fairly broad, or if you’re after something specific, you can be more precise, using terms such as ‘sweetheart roses’.

Using the navigation tabs

The tabs sitting below the Florist logo are the ‘departments’ of our online shop. If you click on one of the tabs, you will be taken to a page displaying products within that department. Here, you will find a menu on the left-hand side of the screen that will help you refine your choices. For example, you can choose to select by ‘Colour’, ‘Variety’ or ‘Price’.

Placing your order

Once you've found the products you wish to buy and have added them to your trolley, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'Checkout' button, which is where you'll pay for your goods and arrange delivery.

You can also register with us before or during the checkout process to retrieve your details and choose delivery address/es. Please note that payment card details will not be saved in your account. You will also be asked to set up a password to access your account.

If you have purchased flowers and plants previously, simply use your existing email address and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can use the forgotten password link.

Promotions and incentive codes

Please note that only one incentive code can be used per order and incentive codes can't be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Delivery instructions

Please tell us any information that will help when delivering your order in the 'Delivery note' box eg. Leave with neighbour (maxiumum of 30 characters including spaces). Please note all orders will be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) - unfortunately we're unable to deliver at times requested by customers in the 'Delivery note' box.

Adding a gift message

It’s easy to add a gift message to your order. Once you've selected your delivery option, tick the box and type your message in the box (maxiumum of 120 characters including spaces).

When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order’ button. Within approximately 30 minutes of placing your order, you'll be sent an order confirmation email. During this time, you can amend your order, such as altering the delivery address, gift message or delivery instructions by contacting Customer Care on 0800 188 881 between:
