Fill your vase half to two thirds full with water and add the flower food included with your bouquet.

Untie the ribbon and remove the protective wrap from around the bouquet.

Remove the wadding from the stems but leave the elastic band in place for the time being.

Carefully remove from the stems any foliage which will sit below the waterline.

Trim the stems at a 45 degree angle to a length suitable for display in the vase.

Snip away the elastic band, place your bouquet in the vase and enjoy the display.
